Rules
We are generally pretty lenient. Our rules are based on common sense and a mature attitude. We expect all guild members to follow these rules.
- Be respectful
Any behavior which constitutes defamation, harassment or abuse is not allowed. Be respectful to all other members. - Be mature
Don't say anything which is offensive, hateful, racist, sexist, discriminatory, obscene and/or vulgar. We keep a mature attitude in the guild. - Be legal
Discussion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Consequences
The consequences vary on a case-by-case basis depending on the severity of the offense. In general you will first be warned and asked to improve your behavior. If the behavior persists we are forced to remove you from the guild. In severe cases the leadership may decide to remove you from the guild without prior warning.
Inactivity Notice
If members are inactive for more than 30 days (without prior notice, see below), the leaders will cancel their membership.
Reports of absence can be sent by means of ingame mail to: Milady of Elements.
A report of absence is valid for 3 months (starting from date sent), it automatically expires unless a longer period has been given with a maximum of a year.
